Celexa and its manufacturer, GlaxoSmithKline, have agreed to a $3.5 million settlement in exchange for agreeing to pay an average of $2,500 for each patient. The settlement resolves the case involving the antidepressant drug Lexapro and is not expected to have any effect on the company's patent.
